Beazy Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("Beazy", "we", "us", or "our") operates the GrowB mobile application for retailers and the Beazy Shopper mobile application for consumers (collectively, the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our Apps and related services.

By using our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Name, phone number, email address, business name, and business address (for retailers) collected during account creation.
• Business Data (GrowB): Product inventory, pricing, sales transactions, customer credit records, and order information entered by retailers.
• Shopping Data (Beazy Shopper): Delivery addresses, order history, product preferences, store reviews, and loyalty point balances.
• Contact List Data: With your permission, the GrowB app accesses device contacts to help retailers quickly find and add distributors and customers. Contact data is used solely within the app and is not shared with third parties.
• Photos and Images: With your permission, product photos captured or uploaded via your device camera for product listings.
• Payment Information: Payment details for transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment credentials.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Features accessed, time spent in the app, screen views, crash logs, and performance data.
• Location Data (Beazy Shopper): With your permission, approximate location to show nearby stores and enable delivery services.
• Log Data: IP address, browser type, access times, and referring URLs.

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Apps and services.

4. Device Permissions

4.1 Contacts Permission (GrowB)

The GrowB app requests access to your device contacts to allow retailers to easily select distributors and customers from their existing contact list. This permission is optional. If denied, you can manually enter contact information. Your contacts data is not uploaded to our servers, sold, or shared with any third party.

4.2 Camera Permission

Both Apps may request camera access to take photos of products for listings, scan barcodes, or capture documents. Camera access is only activated when you explicitly choose to take a photo within the app.

4.3 Location Permission (Beazy Shopper)

Beazy Shopper uses your device location to display nearby stores and calculate delivery availability. Location access is requested at runtime and can be revoked at any time through your device settings.

4.4 Storage Permission

The Apps may access device storage to save and retrieve product images and app-related files.

4.5 Internet & Network Access

Required for core functionality including data synchronization, order processing, payment handling, and content loading.

Your data is stored on secure servers managed by Google Firebase infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
